If you’ve read any of my previous meal plan posts, you know I’m all about hot, homemade meals that can bring my family together. We eat dinner at the table every night with no electronic distractions and it really helps us communicate and open up as a family. Our daughter is still too young to understand, but one day she will appreciate it.
F.Y.I – they say that kids who eat family dinners have better social skills (I’m not completely sure how true this is, but my daughter is a talker, so it’s gotta hold some truth – I know she didn’t get her motor mouth from me 😉)
This meal plan follows NO diet plan whatsoever. It’s just plain Jane, simple meals that are convenient for my family. I’m sure the recipes can be changed to accommodate your family’s dietary needs!
