Hey, y’all. Let me just say right off the bat how amazing these muffins are. I love this recipe, not only because I can add any type of extras to them to make them super yummy, but also because I can freeze whatever I have left over to make a quick breakfast or snack in a pinch.
I usually add chocolate, fruit, nuts, etc. The best part about this recipe is that your options are endless. My little one tears these up. She can eat 2 in one sitting and she’s only 10 months old!
Don’t those look amazing? Let’s get to it!

Cook Time: 20 min Servings: 12 muffins
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder

1 cup milk (I use 2%, but any kind will work)

While oven is preheating, add dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix.
Add wet ingredients to another bowl and whisk until combined.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Fill your muffin tin (or liners) and add your favorite toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center and comes out clean. Cool before serving. Freeze extras.
