This pasta is one of my favorites. If you haven’t heard, one pot pasta’s are my go-to. This recipe is simple, quick, and the end result is delicious. You can’t go wrong with chicken, bacon, and ranch pasta.
Speaking of chicken, bacon, and ranch… have you ever had it on a sandwich? It’s like a taste of heaven. The combination of those three ingredients is probably as close to perfection as it gets.
Something about the sizzle and smell of bacon soothes my soul.
The recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep and 25 minutes to cook – 35 minutes in all. The ingredients are simple and the meal is extremely easy to whip up. Are you ready to dive in?

Cook Time: 25 min Servings: 10
Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
16 oz pasta (I use penne, but any kind will work)
Dry ranch packet
1 cup milk (I use 2%)
1/8 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, dice the chicken and cut the bacon.
Drain the pasta and add the chicken and bacon to the pan. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add dry ranch packet to the meat and stir until the meat is coated.
Add milk and pasta. Stir until milk has thickened.
I top mine with cheese, but you don’t have to!
