Two of the most requested dishes in my house are buffalo chicken wings and stuffed shells. One day when I was making taco stuffed shells (which are also delicious) I had a life changing thought.
“Instead of stuffing these with taco fixings, why not stuff it with buffalo chicken?!” & so buffalo chicken stuffed shells were born. It was a win-win. Two of our favorite dinners stuffed, literally, into one.
Ever since then, buffalo chicken stuffed shells has been at the top of our dinner list.

I knew the recipe needed to have the key ingredients, buffalo sauce, chicken, pasta, and of course CHEESE 🤤 Cheese is a necessity for any meal, I don’t care what anyone says. My mind can’t be changed.
So let’s get to it!
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells
Prep Time: 20 min Total Time: 30 hour
Cook Time: 10 min Servings: 10
16 oz jumbo pasta shells (approx 40 shells)
1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
1 bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Set aside.
Cook chicken (I usually boil or bake mine), shred it, and add to a large bowl.
Add 1 bottle of buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch to the chicken. Mix to combine.
Put chicken mixture in a plastic ziplock bag and snip the corner off. Squeeze mixture into cooked pasta shells.
Place in a baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or just until the cheese is melted!
